HAO Hair Days™ was not created only from a business idea. It came from years of seeing the same problem happen again and again: Asian clients overseas struggling to explain their hair, their references, and their aesthetic in salon systems that were not built around Asian hair texture.

Lane Chen's background spans advertising agency strategy, brand management, and over a decade of hands-on salon ownership across Asia and the United States — combined with hair product business operations, academy education, and beauty-tech development.

He also runs a beauty academy and collaborated with Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs to co-develop an app purpose-built for the beauty industry — bridging operators, stylists, and the technology that runs their daily business.

The founder is not building an advertising service. He is building from real experience in salon operations, hair product supply, e-commerce, brand headquarters management, and beauty industry infrastructure.
